What music do you listen to during your workouts?
A: I absolutely love music. I have a very eclectic taste, especially when it comes to my workout playlists. I listen to anything from 80's pop rock to dubstep, and everything in between. I like to keep it constantly changing so my workouts don't ever feel boring. Here are some of my favorite albums that are my go-to when I work out.. The Weeknd - Trilogy Skrillex - Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites The Cure - Greatest Hits Blessthefall - Awakening Taylor Swift - Red Brand New - Your Favorite Weapon Britney Spears - Britney The Summer Set - Love Like This Blink 182 - Enema of the State Lil Wayne - The Carter III Music is such a great way to power you through a workout. Watching TV at the gym or at home can be distracting a lot of the time and tends to slow you down. With a pumped up, constantly changing playlist, you're constantly changing paces and pushing through. There are certain albums that work for different parts of a workout. I like Skrillex for my cardio, Blessthefall for my strength training, and The Weeknd for abs. Try these out, or find the ones that work for you. There is so much music out there, you are bound to find some motivating tunes. Pop in your head phones and work it out!
