MACROS
The grams of carbs, protein, and fat you need to reach daily in order to reach your goals. These are customized to your specific body type, activity level, and caloric needs. Included with this is an example 'Food Diary Entry' from My Fitness Pal. This will give you a visual of what a typical MFP entry would look like with your macros.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Your workouts/cardio may be adjusted according to information and photos provided through a weekly form. Must have camera to take full body photos.

SUPPLEMENTAL EBOOK
This includes pertinent information on: macros, cardio forms, tracking progress, staying motivated, vitamins and supplements. Also included is a printable weekly planner to stay on track with your workouts, and a printable goal sheet to assess what you REALLY want for yourself.
I recommend a food scale to accurately measure your food.
